Client Confidentiality
Think Peregrine is committed to the highest professional standards when it comes to protecting our clients' confidential information, business interests, and preserving our professional relationships. Given our ethos and continual emphasis on people as part of our work and services rendered, this only consolidates our commitment to confidentiality.
All of our people personally commit to maintaining the highest professional standards. We ask every employee to annually reaffirm our Code of Business Conduct. Our new colleagues attend dedicated onboarding sessions that explicitly cover the firm’s expectations on confidentiality and confidentiality standards. As colleagues are promoted and take on new roles, they also receive additional training to both “refresh” the content and provide level-specific resources.
Our confidentiality protocols are continually reviewed and updated accordingly in alignment with the changes in external legislation, the business environment, and industry best-practices.
As such, the following information types are treated as completely confidential:
Client names or identities (unless otherwise discussed and agreed with the client)
Client-specific datasets provided by the client or any client-related vendor. This may include internal (client) documents held, quantitative data sets, RFPs and invitations to tender.
Client-specific deliverables and work products. This may include draft materials and preliminary analyses.
Details, knowledge, and other information relating to our clients, their current or future activities, projects, operations, strategy, and any other business-related information obtained by consultants throughout the course of working for such clients.
